Harry's too shy to ask Ginny out? And Ron angry at him and Hermione? Come on, they were much mature in HBP, and we are talking about times after Voldy's defeat. Therefore it's 7 IMHO.

Nice try, but wasn't it obvious to repeat the beginning of HBP. For first timer great. It's 9, cause unlike other writers you've realized that Harry is not going to join up with Ginny in 7th part.
