Yes, I still see her as a ditz and a waste of time. Creating a complex character cannot be accomplished in a paragraph after every other chapter built her up to be a dork. So she realizes that she's a dork, that doesn't mean she changed.
I'm unimpressed and don't feel like digging around for agood quote. I did last chapter, but I feel like that is missing the point: There are very few good lines in this story for several chapters now.
