Ok, the only thing that confused me was the whole time-turner thing. How could she use it in her 6th and 7th years if she returned it to McGonagoll at the end of her third year? Other than that I rather enjoyeed the story. Keep up the good work. I most definately give it a 10!
Author's Response: Being as it is Hermione, and she is constantly striving to always be a good student, it is assumed she got her hands on another one. Thanks for reading. I'm glad you enjoyed it.
Thanks! Will do!
I decided to give this pairing a shot and was going to pick just one fic to read and see if I liked them together. You may have guessed I picked yours (not blindly, may I add) and I must say I liked it! It was believable and very simple. While I don't really like them together, I can't deny that this was very well worded. Could you please tell me about the writing challenges somehow? I'd like to begin writing fan fics.
Author's Response: Thank you for giving this pairing a shot, as well as picking my story. I'm very glad you enjoyed it. As far as the writing challenges go, there are several groups out there who do them, but the one known for it the most is WIKTT (When I Kiss The Teacher) It's a yahoo group and you must join. When you do you will be able to look at the files in which they have challenges and rules for them. Here is the link: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/whenikissedtheteacher/ Good luck with your stories. I'll look for your name.
Your story was well written...i don't like the pairing but it kept glued to the screen.
Author's Response: I'm glad you gave this a chance regardless of your dislike of the pairing. I appreciate that you took the time to read it. Thank you.
I really liked the simplicity of this story of the pair. You can capture my attention for an extended amount of time, as in The Long Wait, and you can enthrall and complete a simple passage as in here. Kudos to you! I *really* like your style.
Author's Response: Thank you. I had hoped this would be appreciated. I didn't want to go into a long story. And I'm glad you like how I write. I will have two short stories which are small sequels to this story, and then a longer sequel after the new year. I hope you enjoy those as well.
im kinda confused.wat exactly is the marriage law? does it mean that everyone eighteen and over has to get married or something? other than that good story.
Author's Response: This was a challenge fic. The challenge was set within a yahoo group called WIKTT (When I Kiss The Teacher). Basically, its what you said, the Ministry of Magic sets a law, in which all people of non-pureblood status must marry a pure-blood at 18. Thanks for reading, I'm glad you liked this.
Ohmygosh, I didn't even realize your the Author of The Long Wait...but now that I think about it, it all makes sense! When I look for FF to read I don't look at the Author sorry. I'll have to start. Anyway, your stories absolutley rock. Much Much Much Love.
Author's Response: LOL, I've been reading for so long, the first thing I do is look at the author. There are some authors I just love, so I'll read anything they do. I appreciate all of your support. I've got another part to this particular story, I'll be posting in a couple of days. BTW, let me know the title of your story when you have it up.
This was an awesome story. I'm not saying I love this pairing but I don't hate it. I'm writing one about them myself. Anyway this was a great story with awesome dialoge, I really think you captured Severus ( A favorite of mine ) and his infamous attitude. Much Love ~Soulful.
Author's Response: Thank you. I myself am addicted to this pairing. I'll be on the lookout for your story as well.
This really was a beautiful story. I don't know how else to discribe it.
Author's Response: Thank you, I'm glad you liked it.
As i said in another review. I think the Hermione/Snape pairing is sick. I enjoyed this stroy very much. It was really lovely. I hope that in their mairriage she has an effect on his being.
Author's Response: I'm not sure where you said it was sick, since I noticed you are reading my other story and haven't mentioned it bothered you. I have a friend who does not like this pairing, and I'll tell you the same thing I told her. You may find it sick because you are looking at them in terms of the actors playing them. Also if we are to go by their ages in the books, then by the time Order is out, she is 15 and he is (by JKR's own admittance) around 35. So they are 20 years apart. Wizards live an average of 150 years, and an age difference of 20 years is nothing. As we grow older, an age difference of 20 years is not as bad for a woman of 22 and a man of 42. as it is for a young woman of 15 and a man of 35. So she is an adult, and well past the age of consent. You are entitled to you opinion, but I just wanted you to see how I see it and hopefully make you understand it the way I do. I hope you continue to enjoy my other story. Thanks for reviewing.
