Author's Response: Sorry, once you're dead, you're dead. If it helps, killing Bridgette was the hardest thing I did in writing this. She was the one character that I felt I created and put life into. It wasn't easy to kill her, and I knew she would die the moment I created her.

A very clever idea with Ginny weakening Voldemort! Also the best parts are when Ginny knows she has complete control over the situation and gives Tom lip!
Author's Response: Well, you have at least believe you have the situation in control. I did write a different ending to this story. One where Voldemort didn't do what Ron wanted him to. Not nearly as clean a finish.
Ginny really is a very strong and independent woman. Very creative about the dementors. Fantastic!
