This was one of the best fics I've EVER read. It was intriguing and absolutely wonderful to read. I really wish I could have the hits of highly improbable, but I don't give out my address. Thanks for writing this wonderful fic. I enjoyed reading it, and I hope that you enjoyed writing it (which it sounds like you did). I look forward to reading more of your fics if you ever write anymore and publish them here. Fleury

Author's Response: Thank you very much. Yes, I'll always have happy memories of the time I spent writing this story.

Well, I have to say this is one of a very few believable Snape romances I have read. I enjoyed it a great deal. The work you obviously did to correlate your story with the six canon books is also impressive. Great story.

Author's Response: Thank you so much! I'm glad you enjoyed it and took the time to let me know.

What is Hogmanay? Yay you quoted from a movie I've actually seen! And a really good one too. How sweet of Severus to make the potion for Eloise.

Author's Response: Hogmanay is the Scottish celebration of New Year's Eve. Thanks for reviewing!

Question: What language is that sentance?

Oh no! "Hideous man" Haha! Poor Severus.

umm... i really confused didnt u write this before the 6th book came out? so how would u know the name of snapes mother and about the whole half blood prince thing? did u addd those parts?

Author's Response: Yes, I made revisions to the prologue after the release of HBP. I switched Aunt Hilly to Snape's maternal aunt, so the name change was implied. Sorry if my a/n was unclear.

I must say that I am extremely impressed with this fan-fiction.I love everything about it, except for the slight monotony during 'The Jarvey Jive' and a few chapters after that -- but who cares? Vocalion, your story remains unmatched by any other, and you've found another fan in me. Love Snape and Clancy.

Author's Response: Pacing is a difficult thing to learn -- especially while writing humor. I suppose in retrospect, I though of those chapters as the calm before the storm, because I knew it would be painful for me once I began to write the separation chapters, and I was reluctant to begin them. But I'm relieved you found them only slightly monotonous and not sleep inducing. Thanks for seeing it through, and I appreciate your review. :-)

Wow. Let me start by saying I've been a fan of Highly Improbable for QUITE some time now, and I had fallen in love with the story the moment a started reading - infact, I remember it to be one of the very first fics I ever read. Clancy really is an enchanting character, and your Snape is simply wonderfull as well. It's not very often a even make accounts on fanfic sites, let alone review, but I think that the ending of this fantastic story deserves it. I can't believe all the laughs I've had with this fic, as well. You've got a great talent for writing humor. As a final note? I'm not usualy one for Snape/OFC fics, but you've really made it work. I remember how I waited impaitiently for each chapter, and now I can't have been more satisfied with such a lovely ending. :)

Author's Response: What an incredibly nice review, and I appreciate that you took the time to write it. When I see the number of hits compared to the number of reviews, it always makes me wonder if the people who are reading but not reviewing aren't enjoying the story. But I'm delighted that you came out of hiding to tell me you liked it. Thanks so much! :-)

Thank you for that wonderful story! Thank you for saving poor Snape and making him able to love! One of the first funfics I've read, and still my favourite! Maybe JKR should borrow some ideas from you! Specially Clancy herself - what a girl! Why all the great stuff must end? We expect fresh stories by you. Keep up the good work!

Author's Response: Thanks for reviewing, EvaBlack! I'm glad you enjoyed it, and I'm delighted that you like Clancy. :-)

Author's Response: Thank you, Charlotte Jones. Encouraging reviews are always appreciated. I'm glad you liked it. :-)

I have loved this story since I first began reading. It was the first story I ever read on mugglenet and by far my favorite and the best one. I find I have very high standards on fanfics now that I've read such an awesome one. I loved the anagrams and the canon characters. I also loved the insanity with all the depantsing of Snape and the dancing pineapples and flamingo. Thank you for writing such a wonderful wonderful story!!!!!!!!! I hope you continue to write more, you certainly have quite the talent.

Author's Response: Thank you for your kind words of encouragement, Triona. :-)

What a wonderful ending for Snape! Yet, I like to imagine Remus & Tonks, as well as Harry & Ginny, living happily ever after. I know that's sentimental mush that's "highly improbable" nowdays... I must say this was an excellent way to complete your own lovely story.

Author's Response: Thanks for reading. I'm glad you enjoyed it. Like you, I prefer to believe in happily ever after too. :-)

Absolutely wonderful. Just brilliant. I love Clancy, and I love your Snape. I'm so sorry to see this go, and yet so incredibly proud of you and so thrilled to see everything end just as I have long hoped. Thank you so much for all these months of reading pleasure. Looking forward to my CDs!

Author's Response: Thank you, demiguise! Your review brightened my day! :-)

*sob* I can't even imagine how this must feel for you and all your long-time readers. I only got caught up with everyone this summer when I came to Highly Improbable via Sigune's art work, but I've been hooked since the moment I laid eyes on Aunt Hilly. I've been a Pineapple Pal ever since! You introduced me to a Snape I never realized existed, one who has become completely real to me: Clancy's Snape. And Clancy herself is, I think, exists in my mind just as much, if not more than any canon character JKR gives us, and I mean that with the greatest respect to both of you! Though I mourn that I've come to the end of your tale, I love how you've wrapped things up. It's better than "happily ever after" because it's an ending we can believe in. Nightmare's still exist, teenage daughters sneak out, and wives grow chin hairs, but love and teasing continue until the end of their days. I began this review with a sob, but I end your story with a sense of lightness and hope. Snape and Clancy are together, and all is right with the world. I don't think I'll be waiting until after book 7 to reread--the dancing pineapples already beckon!

Author's Response: Thank you, lunafish. As larilee likes to say, I'm going to print your review out and sleep with it under my pillow. :-D

Author's Response: Thank you, sadako. Hogmanay is December 31. It's the Scottish celebration of New Year's Eve.

That was *sniff sniff* beautiful! *bursts into tears* I have loved this story since I started reading it...a really long time ago. I'm so sorry it's over, I really looked forward to it over the course of it. I don't think i ever said this, but I really enjoyed the differant veiw of all the events that happen in the books. Thank you so much! *big hug*
