There better be a sequel. I'm checking now, and if there's not a sequel, I'll hunt you down.

DANGIT!!

Very good story. I liked the beginning very much, it set a sad tone, and you gradually made the story lighter. The question game was well-written, especially with the attenton accorded to detail and emotions. I love the open ending. All in all, a very good story.

I like this story too, like I said in one of your other reviews, I like that your romances are not too sappy. I like the combination of Tonks and Lupin. It is one of my favorites, and there aren't that many stories out there. (I like Jane Eyre, and Shirley and especially the Tenant of Wildfell Hall!)

Author's Response: Thank you-- I was trying to minimize the sap. I think Tonks and Remus may even happen in canon-- though I obviously can't predict that. I really like the combination though, maybe even because it's so rare. Also, I love anything Bronte :)

I have to check with you on something: Would it annoy you if I wrote a Remus/Tonks fic? I want a romantic interest for Remus. But I promise, that's where the similarites end... I would never "copy" or anything like that :) I wanted to make sure you didn't mind before I started writing it, because it WAS your idea.

Author's Response: It's very nice of you to ask! That wouldn't bother me at all, go right ahead. I look forward to reading it! I like that you're interested in it too, Remus needs someone to love... :) (Also, cause you were wondering before, I have 2 one-shot fics in queue...)

That would have bothered me, too. *frowns* So-o-o, are you in the process of starting another story for here?

Author's Response: Why yes I am, as we speak (well, as I type), as a matter of fact. I actually have 2 stories started right now, the one is a one-shot about Ginny and Draco, the other is about the differences and similarities between all the houses. I'm preferring the second one right now, and it's basically done, so it should be up soon! I love that you read and reply to my stories :) That means so much to me.

I can't get any of my friends to read it, either - and it frustrates me, it's one of my favorite books and I can't even discuss it with anyone! (To me, a fate worse than death.) Actually, one girl did agree to, but she hasn't got farther than the first 30 pages in a month. Hmm, I don't think she cares for it much.

Author's Response: Well, I've been TRYING to reply to this for quite some time, but something keeps messing it up... Ah well. I completely agree, discussing a book is one of the best things about reading it! A substitute was talking about Wuthering Heights today (talking about preparing for SATs), and she mentioned that many of the students at my school had read Jane Eyre in a younger grade, and then said, "Well, they're by the same author!" Yes, that kind of bothered me. But I didn't want to say anything...

I discovered Jane Eyre this year, and fell so in love with the story I re-read it for weeks!

Author's Response: I keep trying to get my friends to read it (I read it for the first time last year) and so far, no one has agreed.... Grr....

Oh! What an interesting ship!! I'd never thought of it. Their conversation was so darling. I just loved the entire thing, it flowed so easily and naturally, how could I help but like it? (Is Jane Eyre one of your favorite books? Ever read Wuthering Heights?)

Author's Response: Thank you! I loved this kind of interation, I can picture them being so shy... And yes, I do love both Jane Eyre and Wuthering Heights! In 6th grade, I had to do a report where I dressed up as a famous person and I chose Charlotte Bronte... No one understood the reference, I don't think. 'Course, I still hadn't read Jane Eyre by then, but I've read them both, and they're great!

Haha, that was sweet. The conversation reminded me a lot of myself and one of my other friends. "What's your favorite curse word?" Yep, definitely our type of converation! Nice story! I liked it!

Author's Response: I have totally had similar conversations with my friends! Glad you enjoyed :)

Oh, they are so cute. Lol, just get on with it! Sheesh, Remus is so shy and down on himself. Well, this was a cute story! Good job! Dani

Author's Response: Thanks for the review. I think they're cute together, too. I think I can picture them together... Thanks again!
