Chapter: The Visitation and the Dare

Again...a great chapter, but so depressing! I want to know so badly what happened to Draco and all the in between parts that were skipped. But, I'll probably have to live with it, especially since the mystery here is what makes all your writing so good.

Embarassing, yes, but this story actually makes me LOL. They both act ridiculously seductive then randomly insult each other and I can't help laughing. Who knew calling someone a milksop was a turn on? But now I know..

Chapter: After the Fact

Mostly, I love this chapter because, after having read almost every single D/G story this one is wickedly different. In the others, the relationship is kept a secret, but here, even though it was a single dared kiss, both of them boldly claim to have kissed the enemy.

I loved this. It leaves just about the right amount of mystery between them of whether it's a bodily temptation or they actually like each other. Also, I adore the personality you gave Ginny, making her not only bold, but flirty and somewhat sassy too, which is completely different from J.K. Rowling's portrayal of her.

The beginning of this is possibly the most confusing thing I have ever read. The main idea of this chapter made sence, but the actual writing of it had much room for improvement. Next time you write something where so much happens in the time lapse, it would be a good idea to summarize it. For example, you could have started this one with: 'It had been years since Ginny had last seen Draco. She was in her 20's now, and hadn't seen her boyfriend since the day he was kidnapped. Much had happened during the lapse of time he was away from her- ect. ect. ect.' As this chapter went on, however, it began to make more sence, and had a relatively good flow towards the end.

This was better then the last chapter, but once again, the transition between paragraph to paragraph is a bit choppy. The build up to what happens is a bit 'out of the blue' as well. You would benifit by adding more detail to their thoughts, it might help the transitions.

Over all, it certainly wasn't bad. However, the beginning of it was a little abrupt, try to ease into the story a little slower next time. Also, when Draco says "I win," it doesn't really tie into the story, as it is never described as to whom he is talking, or that it has anything to do with the dare.

I like the end.
Can't say I'm too fond of the word 'milksop', though. :p
Overall, a nice story. It would've been nice to know what happened to Draco, but it makes some sense that you skimmed over that, since it's not directly related to the relationship...
Honestly, though, I've never heard a teenager use the work 'milksop'. Is that a British thing? :p

i think that this is pretty great! i like how you captured ginny and draco's characters, although the beginning chapter is a little rough; it starts quite abruptly, then all of a sudden ginny and draco are smitten, in their own insane, angry way! so i like that, but i think maybe it could have been a little slower as a process, you know? cause it was kind of sudden. i really felt like they had good chemistry though, and that you stayed mostly true to their character in the books. i also like the storyline, with draco being gone--i knew he wasn't really dead! you wouldn't do that to us poor readers! anyway, i really like this, great job with all the characters, especially luna, she was great. keep on writing!

I love Luna. This pairing, Ginny/Draco, however unlikely, is rather awesome. Great job, loved it!
