I love your story! It's so canon and it reminds me of JKR's style...I love how you kept the characters close to how they would act in those situations and not making them do anything crazy...the Roger Davies subplot was brilliant!
And props for doing H/G and R/Hr!

"I’LL TELL YOU WHY HE CARES!,’ cut Harry impatiently, looking sharply at Hermione, ‘BECAUSE HE LIKES YOU — YEAH -,’ Harry turned his attention towards Ron, his index finger pointing straight at him,’ AND YOU! ARE YOU TOO BLIND TO SEE THAT SHE REALLY LIKES YOU — THAT’S WHY SHE WROTE LETTER TO VIKTOR IN FRONT OF YOUR FACE — SO YOU’LL GET MAD AT HER AND SHE CAN PRETEND THAT YOU’RE JEALOUS AND THAT YOU ACTUALLY LIKE HER!’ Harry looked back at Hermione and continued in a terrifyingly soft voice, ‘but don’t worry Hermione — he does like you — very much — YEAH -"
That bit made me think back to the books and i am still trying to think if Hermione has ever written a letter to Krum in front of Ron. I think she might have done. Well if she has that's very interesting because what you wrote might be true. but yeah great story so far it's really good.
