    No, you don't have to keep tightly to them. They're meant to inspire, not to restrict. As long as the location is Diagon Alley (which includes interiors of shops, cafes, The Leaky Cauldron) then that's fine

    The majority of the story must be focussed on one missing moment, and which moment it is should be clear. But other missing moments can occur, or be referred to. I'm sorry if that does not sound very precise--feel free to PM me with the specifics, and I can give you a more detailed answer.

    For the minor character prompt you said...

    So for this prompt, the minor character must be in a country which isn’t their own ... It cannot be a country your character has lived in or been to before.
    What about Charlie in Romania during his third or fourth year on the dragon reserve? Or would it have to be closer to his arrival?
