J Raven - I tried flipping a switch for Midnight Storm and it didn't work. I can try flipping another one though.

Hi Mods!
My sister and I recently made accounts here, and while mine is working fine, hers is completely unresponsive. She emailed Technical Support with the provided email address around Christmas and then again in early January, and hasn't gotten any help. How long does it usually take for Tech Support to get back to people?
She says she's been trying to log in repeatedly for the past two-ish months, and she's kind of given up at this point. If nothing works, would it be possible to delete her account so she can remake it? Her username is Milopie.

Edit: It shows her as registered but not sorted. Is she just not able to log in? Her last activity was the day she registered 12/22/10. Her permissions show nothing out of the ordinary.
She can't log in at all, and was never able to. Did you not receive her message? She says she sent it to mnffstaff@hotmail.com. She described her problems in detail on the email.
