A bit like TM_WandStick's question- given that Hermione goes back to Hogwarts can it be during her year at Hogwarts when the boys are absent? Or does that not count as the Trio's time at Hogwarts?

Adding to the chorus of weekly questions, how about something set the summer just before the Trio enters Hogwarts? Something like a pre-attendance meet and greet/social/ball thing for new students and their families, so it would be technically for their class...
I haven't written anything for a while but this prompt and bunny caught my attention.
Apologies for the late reply to you all. I've been away. Okay, not sure what Russia's exact thoughts are on this but I'm going to make an executive decision so I don't keep you waiting any more and say .......
Yes to all of you.

I have two question about the 'Journey Home' challenge.
1.) The prompt says that the drabble has to be about a character's journey to Hogwarts, and their journey home... but does it necessarily have to be in that order? I was thinking of doing first the character's journey home, and then their journey to Hogwarts the next year. It's just how the story seems best right now.
2.) Can we use OCs, or does the drabble have to be about canon characters only?
the computer is an enigma. I think you've misread the prompt. The journey is the journey HOME and not to Hogwarts. Getting off the Hogwarts Express means they get off at King's Cross and then go somewhere for the Summer.Originally Posted by prompt
As for OC's - that's up to you. Russia hasn't specified.

Ah. Okay. Thanks for clearing it up!
For the First Picture of Summer challenge, do you have to take the picture yourself?
Can you get it off google images?

You don't have to have taken the photo yourself, but you must download it to a site like photobucket and not use the direct google link. For the First Picture of Summer challenge, do you have to take the picture yourself?

If you're having problems with the link then pm me, and I'll help you.

Yes that works.
You can't use links to other sites on the beta boards, except for links to your own photo bucket account, so thank you for setting that up.
