How exactly are the prophecies in the Hall of Prophecy organized? Are they chronological? I seem to remember them having labels with names of the involved, the speaker, maybe witnesses?

This question just really involves a look-up. I'm away at university right now and don't have my books. Still, I'd be very grateful for help.
