Prophecies

How exactly are the prophecies in the Hall of Prophecy organized? Are they chronological? I seem to remember them having labels with names of the involved, the speaker, maybe witnesses?

This question just really involves a look-up. I'm away at university right now and don't have my books. Still, I'd be very grateful for help.

Nothing was ever said about how they are organized. To my knowledge, none of the writing concerning the other prophesies was ever even disclosed. I'd just pick a system and run with it.
