This month, the RAC has decided not to award the SPreviEW Award, but we did stumble across a most excellent discovery. Rarely, in my years in this group, have I seen someone make such leaps and bounds in their reviewer development, but one of our brand new members has shone in an unprecedented fashion, and that will not go unnoticed.
