Do not complain that you can't read through every page. There's a handy-dandy feauture right at the top of the thread that says Search this Thread. Put it to good use.

Mapoi - The Manage Images option still isn't completely flawless. The Mods are still working on it. I recommend that you just sit tight and wait while the lovely Mods iron out all of the problems. It shouldn't be too far away. And your question wasn't stupid!

Could someone tell me how to link single post into another post? I can link threads, but I can never manage single posts!

Any help at all would be really useful.

HJ- You see that number right at the top of your post, in the right hand corner? It's in that horizontal bar where the date the post was made is stated. In this thread it's #4 for you post, #5 for my post. Just click on that. The individual post will then be displayed in another window, and you can copy and paste the URL.

I hope that makes sense. I'm not sure if it does.

Nundu: More likely than not, it's because you have not been sorted yet. If you're still seeing it once you are placed in a House, let a mod know.

Nundu: It could also be because you aren't in some of the usergroups, such as SPEW and Susan Bones' Book Club. Once you're sorted, you can join them if you like, but remember to read the guidlines in each individual forum first.

They're just extra things you can do in these forums. Although, I'm not a member of SPEW or SBBC...

Nundu: I think what it is is that it shows you can't post because you aren't sorted -- BUT -- I think it might show this because when you post in a forum like 'Questions', your post has to be moderated; you can post, it just won't show up immediately.

The other forums I can see that are closed for posting are, like Azhure said, usergroups I don't belong to and also foums which I believe can only be posted in by mods (i.e. 'Announcements' and 'House Points').
