Fenrir Greyback at Hogwarts?

Did Fenrir Greyback go to Hogwarts? I'm betaing a fic about him, and it's an extremely important part of the plot.

I don't think he could have gone if he'd been a werewolf at that time because Remus was the one for whom all the special arrangements were made *Shrieking Shack, Whomping Willow)

However if he was bitten after he was at Hogwarts (or during) then he could well have attended school.
