Hagrid

Hey all, basically this has been bothering me for weeks now, I am trying to find it in my books and can't find it, I have looked on all websites I can think of, but still no joy. My question is What house was Hagrid in???? Shed a little light on this for me and Ill be eternally grateful, its for my one shot about Madam Maxime and Hagrid.

In an interview, JK devoldged that Hagrid was a Gryffindor during his years at Hogwarts. JK wanted to make sure that the rumor that he was a Hufflepuff was killed dead.

Nothing against Hufflepuff; I just think she wanted to stress that Hagrid was a brave character, and that his bravery was his main valour.
