    Death Eaters First Names?

Okay, so in the story I'm writing, I need the names of a couple of Death Eaters who were at Hogwarts during, or a couple of years before the Marauders. I know most last names, (who doesn't?) but I need a list of some of their first.
I'm not sure whether or not some of these names have ever been mentioned, if they have, oops! I'm trying to avoid anyone who is related to the Malfoy's, or the Blacks, because this is going to be a Draco/ OC fic.

    All Help appreciated!

    Riley

    As of Jun 25,

Im just wondering one more person.
Does Mulciber have a first name??? If he doesn't, I'll just make up one.

Here are a few of the names that I recollected:

    Alecto Carrow
    Amycus Carrow
    Antonin Dolohov
    Walden Macnair
    Augustus Rookwood
    Evan Rosier
    Thorfin Rowle
    Igor Karkaroff
    Bartemius Crouch Jr.

    Hope that helped!

EDIT: Mulciber's first name is not mentioned in the books at all.....so go ahead and make it up!!!

There's also Rodolphos and Rabastan Lestrange.

I think if you're trying to find names for people like Avery or Yaxley then try to find old-fashioned or mythical names.

The Black family seem to name their children after gods/goddesses from many different cultures. And generally Potterverse names seem to be quite old fashioned (Lavender, Lily,Cornelius) or mythical (Sirius, Narcissa, Hermione).

The most modern name is Dean - probably because he's Muggle born.

You could also use Crabbe and Goyle, who I'm sure would have pretty generic names that would be easy for you to make up (the Harry-era Crabbe and Goyle are just Vincent and Gregory).

Oh, and Wilkes doesn't have a first name mentioned either, but he's explicitly mentioned as a Death Eater who went to school with Snape and the Marauders.

    Good luck!

Yes, Crabbe and Goyle (the younger ones) do seem to have more modern names.

But generally, the purebloods have very archiac and mythical names (Blacks have a things for mythology and astronomy).

For any names that aren't mentioned (like Mulciber), I recommend you do a bit of digging around on Google for some Greek and Roman myths, or perhaps specific star/constellation names, and you can name the characters accordingly!
