I have a few questions about official records.

First, do you think or is there any canon evidence as to official birth certificates?

What about records of marriages?

Would the Ministry have records of all marriages? What about ones done secretly with only a few people present?

Also, is there an official branch of Wizards who perform weddings?

Thanks in advance for your help. I am starting on a new plotbunny and the marriage in question was done in secret, so I wondered if there was any way to prove it really happened.
