I'm trying to come up with a name for a Romanian name for a Romanian school of magic. I have an entire language I don't speak to work with, and I have no idea where to start.
Does anyone have any creative ideas for names for a Romanian school?

My brand new trailer for Snape Didn't Die by thegirllikeme to serve as a constant source of inspiration whilst I write!
When naming the Romanian school, it depends how old do you want it to be. Early Romanian higher education institutions (XVIIth century) were named "Academia domneasca". This means "Princely/Royal Academy" and were named as such because they had been founded by the Prince of Wallachia or Moldavia.Originally Posted by OliveOil_Med
If you want your school to be much older (like Hogwarts), then the only Muggle model in the region would be the Byzantine system, with the University of Constantinople.
Some names that you can maybe use:
-Academia pentru Studiul Magiei = Academy for the Study of Magic
-Universitatea Vrajitorilor = Wizards' University
-Colegiul de Vrajitorie = College of Wizardry
-maybe a name in Latin or Greek if you want the school to be really old
I hope this helps you.
