What N.E.W.T.S. does one have to get to become a healer?

According the Lexicon (which states this is from OotP):

Healer
Pursuing this as a career requires at least an E at NEWT level in Potions, Herbology, Transfiguration, Charms, and Defence Against the Dark Arts
