Well, according to HP Lexicon, Lucius was born in 1954 and Narcissa was born in 1955. This means that Lucius would have finished Hogwarts around...1971 or 72? And Narcissa would have finished the year after. Since Draco was born in 1980, that gives you a little less than a ten-year window to work with. I don't think their wedding date was ever mentioned in canon. If you want to incorporate it into a story, you could probably make it anywhere between those dates and be just fine.
