I was wondering if it was said anywhere in canon if the characters had any religion. I somehow think that Hermione could be a Catholic, whose parents resent her witchcraft, and I think that the Dursleys might have a religion too. What about Lily?

This has been debated extensively in fandom. Rowling is a Christian and has said Harry Potter is consistent with her beliefs, but she deliberately avoided any explicit mention of religion in her books. It's usually inferred that the wizarding world has generally the same religious beliefs as their Muggle counterparts (which in Britain means they're culturally Christians, but largely secular in practice).

No one's religious beliefs are ever explicitly stated in the books. Rowling did say that Harry had a christening, though.

I'm doubtful that Hermione's parents are so religious that they would resent her being a witch. There is never any hint that she has a strained relationship with her parents, and if they were that zealous, it would probably affect her more.

Most Christians in Britain (though there are some exceptions) are of the loving, non bigoted, Jesus was kind to people so lets follow his example" type rather than the bullying, hating ""Jesus was kind to people but whatever I hate gay people" type thankfully.

Also, only 10% of Britain regulary attends church.

I agree, Hermione's parents don't seem to have any issue with her magical abilities.

It's usually inferred that the wizarding world has generally the same religious beliefs as their Muggle counterparts (which in Britain means they're culturally Christians, but largely secular in practice).
^ That pretty much sums it up.

There is a very interesting essay posted in a few places which touches partly on what the religious views of Harry's classmates might be. Just Google "Secrets of the Classlist", or PM me if you need help finding it.
