When Narcissa started first year, what years would her sisters be in? And what colour eyes do all three sisters have?

Eye colour, I don't know if it's known with 100%, canon fact. I've always pictured Narcissa with blue eyes and Bellatrix with darker eyes -- a dark brown or something -- but that just could be the way I picture their personalities. I don't know if it's absolutely correct, and I'd have to check the books to be sure.

As for years, I figured this out once, or something that works anyway.

According to the Black Family Tree, Bellatrix was born in 1951 and Narcissa was born in 1955. Andromeda falls in between the two of them, so I've personally always put her as being born in 1953. Therefore, going along the lines that they were all born in January to August of their years (because if it was September to December, they'd be in the year above or something and it just gets a little more complicated), this is the years they would have attended:

Bellatrix:

--1962-1963
--1963-1964
--1964-1965
--1965-1966
--1966-1967
--1967-1968
--1968-1969

Andromeda:

--1964-1965
--1965-1966
--1966-1967
--1967-1968
--1968-1969
--1969-1970
--1970-1971

Narcissa:

--1967-1968
--1969-1970
--1970-1971
--1971-1972
--1972-1973
--1973-1974

So, Bella in Year Five and Andromeda in Year Three. Hope that helped.

According to the Lexicon, Narcissa has blue eyes while Andromeda's are brown and Bellatrix's are 'dark'.
