Has a list of birthdays for the characters ever been posted anywhere? I am specifically looking for Ginny's birthday.

Through deduction it has to be sometime near the end of the school year or early summer months. Want to keep it cannon in my story so looking to see if the exact dates were posted somewhere.

JKR's site posted Ginny's birthday as being August 11. Mugglenet keeps a list of birthdays in their JKRowling.com info archives. I'm not sure if it lists all canon birthdays, but it lists quite a few characters.
